Is the item brand new?

All the goods we sell are BRAND NEW. They are all UK stock and come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

From where do you post?

All goods are sourced and dispatched from the UK.

Do you offer International Postage?

Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE.

How much is postage to my country?

We offer free shipping to all addresses within the UK.

For international deliveries postage will be calculated depending on the weight of your order and you will be able to view the postage at checkout.

When will my Item be dispatched? 


All orders Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Once your product has been dispatched you will receive an email from us. Orders will only be dispatched after cleared payment has been received.

My Item is damaged? 


If the item you have received is damaged or defective please contact us with details of the damage/defect so we can resolve the problem for you immediately.

My Item Has not arrived?

Products are dispatched on a 3-5 day delivery service via Royal Mail.  Please allow at least 10 working days for your product to arrive before contacting us.

Can I choose an alternative shipping address?

Yes. If you need your items sent to an alternative address there is an option to do this on the checkout stage.

I received the wrong item?

If the item you received is not what you purchased, please contact us and with the details of the incorrect item and we will resolve the problem immediately.

Can I collect my Item?

Sorry, we are unable to offer a collection service. We are a mail order company and do not have retail premises.
